Shipping policy

Order Processing
On average orders will be processed and fulfilled in 2-5 business days, orders placed after 5pm AEST will begin being fulfilled from the next business day. After being fulfilled items will be passed on to the postage carrier for delivery.

Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on some items, look for the free shipping label on the product page, any items with free shipping will have a free shipping option available to select at checkout. Carts with free shipping items & calculated shipping items will only show the calculated shipping option.

Calculated Shipping
Larger items or carts of varying items that do not have a free shipping option will have a calculated postage price in the cart & checkout pages, this price varies depending on the number or items, delivery location or postage options.

Time frames are estimates only provided by the various postal services, postal or customs delays can impact delivery times. Delivery time frame estimates are from when the order is fulfilled and shipped not from when the order is placed. Postage time frames are subject to updates and can be found on our shipping page or product pages.

Shipping & Delivery Terms
When placing an order, you acknowledge delivery details you provide are correct and any incorrect details may result in a failed delivery which may incur additional fees to reship.

Shipping time frames provided on the website are average estimates only provided by postage carriers, they are not guaranteed, at busy times they can change as well during any postal service disruptions. We will try our best to keep estimates as accurate as possible or post notices during disruptions.

Orders are not eligible for refunds due to being received later than estimated due to postal delays / disruptions. As this is down to the postage carriers and out of our hands.

International orders in some cases to some destinations may be subject to local taxes or import cost payable to local postage agencies, this cost is not from us, any incurred fees are down the the receiver to cover.
